"Our sweet baby girl was born early at 29w+1d, weighing 2lb 3.3oz.
She overcame being on bubble CPAP, needing prolonged time with her feeding tube and surgery for a hernia repair. She is our rainbow baby and miracle.
We will be forever grateful for the high risk OB staff and the NICU staff who saved her.
Today she is 7 months and almost 14lbs. She continues to work with occupational therapy on developmental milestones and nutrition to gain weight! She’s a happy baby who was labeled ‘fiesty’ in the OR when she came into the world and continues to lives up to her nickname!" NICU Mama, Kimberly
